Online registration will open on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Join Tanya Golden (Island Art School), and Sarah Aranha (JICS parent and textile artist) in this split session, hand carving blocks to use for block printing onto textiles, and creating magical works of art. Tanya Golden is the founder of the Island Arts School. From her studio on Ward’s Island, Tanya brings her generous and nurturing spirit to JICS to teach art using found objects, paper, paints, beads and items from the natural world. Grades: 1 - 6 Pick-up: School Playground from 2:45 - 3:00pm.
